After placing my custom spirit wear order, how quickly will I receive it?
We strive to have the quickest turnaround possible, so you have your amazing new items in your hands for all your events. With that being said, we carry very limited stock and shipping times vary among vendors. Due to this, we have a 2 week turnaround window for shipping, that excludes weekends and holidays.
What is your return policy?
We do not offer refunds on our products due to the customized nature of each piece.
The item I received is damaged or has a different issue. How to I reach out?
While we strive to put out the best quality product, sometimes we miss a defect in an item. Please feel free to contact us by emailing info@graybeckco.com or filling out our contact page. We will reach out as soon as possible.
How will I receive my items?
We will ship every item out within the two week window by your preferred choice during check out.
How do I care for my item?
Keep your clothing designs looking fresh by washing your garment inside out in cold water. Tumble dry on low or air dry, avoiding bleach and fabric softeners. Your printed item will thank you!
To maintain the pristine appearance of your hard-surfaced items, we recommend avoiding soaking them. Instead, opt for gentle cleaning methods ensure they look great use after use. This simple tip will help preserve their quality and extend their lifespan.

We pride ourselves on quality options, so we also offer the most spirit wear offerings around. We also offer a quick turnaround time, which helps with ordering deadlines for first games.
